What is the minimum order for a project?
One 20ft container — approximately 1,000–1,200m² depending on tile size and thickness. For smaller quantities, browse our tile collection or contact us to check available stock inventory.
Can you match a specific color or finish?
Yes. Send a Pantone code or physical sample and we will match it. Custom color production MOQ is 500m². Custom dimensions beyond our standard sizes are also available.
How do you guarantee consistency across containers?
All tiles for your project come from a single production run. We never mix batches. Every shipment includes a production lot certificate. For multi-container orders, we hold your full run in inventory and ship sequentially — identical quality, container after container.
What certifications do you provide?
ISO 10545 full-suite: water absorption under 0.03%, breaking strength over 1,300N, frost resistance, chemical resistance, surface abrasion. Third-party testing from SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas is included with every project shipment at no extra cost.
How are project shipments packaged?
Plywood pallets with foam separators between slabs, plastic corner protection, full shrink-wrap. Every pallet is labeled with product code, batch number, quantity, and destination. We photograph each pallet before loading and share the documentation with you.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% before shipment against copy of shipping documents. T/T and L/C at sight accepted. Repeat clients may qualify for open account terms subject to credit review.
Do you offer OEM / private label packaging?
Yes. Custom box design with your brand, logo, and product codes. MOQ for OEM packaging is one 20ft container. We can include your company’s installation guides or marketing materials in each box.
How long from order to delivery?
Production: 15–30 days depending on order size and customization. Sea freight: 15–35 days depending on destination. Total lead time typically 30–65 days from deposit to delivery. Rush orders available for in-stock products — contact us for current inventory.
