Our Manufacturing Facility in Nanzhuang, Foshan
Nanzhuang is the global epicenter of ceramic tile production — over 70% of China’s premium porcelain is manufactured within a 10km radius. Contigo Ceramics operates a 50,000m² plant right here, running three continuous roller kilns at 1,200–1,250°C.
Hydraulic presses range from 3,600T to 7,800T, producing tiles up to 1600×3200mm with flatness tolerances below 0.5mm. Daily output is 25,000m². Every batch undergoes third-party lab testing before container loading.
